Slope protection and revetment "Conback"

Significant cost savings on labor! A site-cast block method that can shorten construction time.

"Conback" is a site-cast block method designed for purposes such as stabilizing bridge piers, protecting bridge piers, and providing pier protection. It has been developed by applying our company's bag body processing and injection technology. This block method involves setting a bag made of synthetic fiber sheet onto a wire mesh panel and pouring concrete inside it. By adding a water-resistant concrete admixture to the poured concrete, it helps to suppress the outflow of cement and other materials, thus preventing water pollution. Additionally, by placing an impermeable sheet inside the bag, it is also possible to completely prevent the outflow of cement and other materials. 【Features】 ○ Cost Reduction - Since Conback can be manufactured on-site, it significantly reduces costs compared to other block methods and stone coverings. ○ Shortened Construction Period - The integration of Conback manufacturing and installation allows for a reduction in construction time. ○ No Restrictions on Construction Location - After installing Conback, concrete can be poured without the need for large cranes, thus not being restricted by the construction location. ○ Easy to Install - It is simple to set up synthetic fiber sheets on semi-finished rebar or wire mesh panels and assemble them. Slope protection and riverbank "River Vent Method"

Improved construction efficiency! A method that achieves shorter processes and enhanced cost-effectiveness.

The "River Bent Method" consists of two layers: a waterproof layer and a greening layer. The waterproof layer is formed by bentonite mixed soil filled within a mat (fabric formwork). This utilizes the water absorption and swelling (expansion) properties of bentonite. The volume expansion of the bentonite mixed soil itself is suppressed by the bag-like mat, allowing the bentonite to close off the voids (water paths) between soil particles, resulting in excellent waterproof performance of the mat. After laying the mat, spraying the surface with vegetation allows for the formation of a multi-natural revetment with excellent flow velocity resistance. 【Features】 ■ Excellent workability and cost-effectiveness - Since it is a mat filled with bentonite mixed soil, there is no need for the installation of heavy materials (concrete secondary products), which improves construction efficiency, shortens the process, and enhances cost-effectiveness. ■ Consideration for the environment - By not using concrete secondary products or large machinery, CO2 emissions can be reduced, helping to mitigate the impact on the global environment. Slope protection and revetment "Fabric formwork Fabreform"

A concrete molding method that involves pumping fluid concrete or mortar into a fabric formwork! It can be executed with a small number of people and in a short amount of time!

The "Fabric Formwork Method" is a concrete forming technique that involves pumping fluid concrete or mortar into a fabric formwork made of high-strength synthetic fibers processed into a mat-like shape. Since the fabric formwork is permeable, excess mixing water is squeezed out by the injection pressure, which reduces the water-cement ratio (W/C), accelerates the curing time, and results in the formation of a high-density, high-strength hardened body. 【Features】 ■ Can be constructed with fewer people and in a shorter time compared to conventional on-site concrete and precast block work. ■ Demonstrates effectiveness in disaster recovery. ■ Allows for underwater construction, eliminating the need for switching work and water-stopping work. ■ Exhibits excellent effects in shortening construction periods and economic efficiency. ■ Adapts well to complex slopes with varying gradients, achieving uniform thickness. ■ Lightweight. ■ Reduces curing time. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.
